Jennifer has developed multiple large projects in both mid-size and large organizations to include Loyalty Programs, Omnichannel Fulfillment Programs (BOPIS and more), and eCommerce Platforms. She's an expert in understanding what systems are designed for, holds vendors accountable to expectations and holds high standards on testing and implementation.
Jennifer spent a great deal of time educating and holiding workshops in her career. She's one of the first to hold high ranking Digital roles in the organizations and she's been engaged in eCommerce and Digital since the late 90s. She consistently researches new opportunities and can develop futuristic strategies but at her core, she loves to teach and teach the basics of deploying high growth strategies and helping others learn how to best measure success.
